It was attended by 18 experts from Africa and Europe and 21 observers representing cultural organisations and international agencies based in Mozambique.
As one of the outcomes of the Seminar, a Task Force was established with a view to assist the Interarts Foundation, UNESCO and OCPA in mapping the existing resources (information, expertise and partnership), and to be mobilized in Africa and internationally, in order to implement the activities and recommendations proposed by the Seminar in view of elaborating cultural indicators of human development in Africa.
